Animated Cross Section

Schematic Phase
This phase translates the conceptual knot into spatial experiences and functional zones. The flowing, intertwined form is developed into a series of curved, continuous spaces that guide movement and interaction.
Each area is designed with a distinct purpose - ranging from interactive zones and exhibition spaces to lounges and play areas - while maintaining visual and physical connectivity. The use of soft curves, layered elements, and integrated features reinforces the idea of connection, continuity, and engagement, creating a cohesive and immersive environment.

RENDERS
These visuals capture the space in use, highlighting interaction, movement, and shared experiences across generations. The design encourages people to gather, engage, and explore through a sequence of connected environments, where each zone supports a different type of activity while remaining visually and spatially unified.

Informal Majlis Area
An open space designed to encourage intergenerational interaction through shared activities, such as playing traditional games and storytelling. The layout integrates varied seating heights and ergonomic options, allowing both elderly users and younger generations to sit comfortably - whether on low poufs, cushioned seating, or supportive backrests.
Archives Exhibition

A curated environment that preserves and showcases memories, narratives, and cultural artifacts. The space encourages storytelling through visual displays and intimate seating, allowing users to engage with history in a personal and immersive way.
Nature Lab

An interactive learning space that introduces users to Qatar’s natural heritage through hands-on activities. Experiences include pearl extraction demonstrations, exploration of local plants and herbs, and tactile engagement with natural materials such as sand, shells, and stones.
Raabta Video
The video brings the project to life by capturing the flow of movement, interaction, and atmosphere within the space. It illustrates how users navigate through interconnected zones, engaging in activities that foster connection, learning, and shared experiences.
Through dynamic perspectives and transitions, the video emphasizes the concept of “Raabta” (connection) showing how spaces, people, and activities are seamlessly woven together into a continuous and immersive journey.
